Refund policy

You may return your items to us for the following reasons:

  • For change of mind, subject to Ikecho's Refund Policy below.
  • If the item is faulty, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, or refund the item.


CHANGE OF MIND:
At Ikecho Australia, we acknowledge that preferences can evolve. Hence, we provide a 30-day returns policy for full-priced items if you have a change of mind. This allows you the flexibility to choose between a refund or exchange.

To qualify, the items must meet the following conditions:

  • In 'As New Condition' (Note: 'As New Condition' means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Ikecho Australia.)
  • The return must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The purchase must have been made through our online store.
  • If a promotional free item was included with your order, this item must also be returned in 'As New Condition' to process the return of the initial purchase.

Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase).
  • Engraved items.
  • Special, custom or made to order items.
  • Sale items.

Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to, and in no way limits, your legal entitlement and existing rights under Australian Consumer Law.


FAULTY ITEMS:
Prior to shipping, all Ikecho Australia products undergo thorough inspection to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.

In the rare event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please reach out to us via email at hello@ikecho.com.au on the day of receiving the goods, or the next business day if applicable. If there is visible damage to the package or products upon arrival, you may be required to return the goods along with their original packaging and invoice. Following the receipt and inspection of the items, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange promptly.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
To initiate a return, please complete our Return Request Form or email our Customer Care team at hello@ikecho.com.au. Be sure to include your order number, contact details, and the reason for your return.

Please note that if an item is returned without prior contact and approval, we are not obligated to accept it. Should you wish to have the item returned to you, you will be liable for any additional postage costs.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense. For tracking purposes, we recommend using a traceable shipping method, as refunds can only be processed once the items are received and inspected. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all paperwork (such as the Certificate of Authenticity).

Returns and exchanges are applicable exclusively to products purchased through the Ikecho Australia Online store. While we stand by the quality of our jewellery at Ikecho, it's important to acknowledge that each individual retailer may have their own distinct returns policy. For items acquired from Ikecho Australia stockists, please contact the original store of purchase for details on their return/exchange policy.
