To initiate a return, please complete the form below or alternatively email hello@ikecho.com.au. Be sure to include your order number, contact details, and the reason for your return.

Please note that if an item is returned without prior contact and approval, we are not obligated to accept it. Should you wish to have the item returned to you, you will be liable for any additional postage costs.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense. For tracking purposes, we recommend using a traceable shipping method, as refunds can only be processed once the items are received and inspected. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all paperwork (such as the Certificate of Authenticity).
