1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, once payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) will generally be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

Domestic (Australia)

  • All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. For security purposes, signature on delivery is automatically included for one-off opal pieces and orders containing items valued over A$1,500..

International (Overseas Orders)

  • International orders are shipped via a reputable international courier service.

  • All international shipments include tracking and are handled with appropriate care for high-value items.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs processing, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Pricing, Currency & GST

Prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. For convenience, prices may also be shown in other currencies depending on your selected location.

All orders with a delivery address in Australia include GST, regardless of the displayed currency.

Orders shipped to international addresses are not subject to Australian GST.
Final charges are processed in AUD and converted by your payment provider at the applicable exchange rate.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Please note that this email may occasionally be directed to your junk or spam folder, so we recommend checking there if you do not see it in your inbox.

6. Delivery Timeframes (Estimates Only)

All parcels are dispatched from Sydney, NSW 2000.

  • Australia (Express Post): Typically 1–3 business days

  • International: Generally 5–10 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we take every care to ensure secure packaging and prompt dispatch:

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

  • Ikecho Australia cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

  • If a parcel is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, any return shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.
