Once you receive your tracking notification email, you can track your order via the Australia Post website. You might find it convenient to handle your deliveries by downloading the Australia Post 'MyPost' app from either the App Store or Google Play here.
Processing Times
We're actively shipping your orders from Monday to Thursday! Orders submitted prior to 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. In case of any exceptions, our Ikecho Team will get in touch with you.
Australia Post experiences delays during the Christmas Season. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for orders within Australia once your order has been processed and dispatched.
